Berlin Commission of Inquiry' specifically called 'Germany’s Extra-Parliamentary Coronavirus Investigative Commission' (Corona Investigative Commission) was filed to determine if the events qualified for an official Nuremberg filing.
Reimer Fuellmich of the Commission does not like the name 'Nuremberg 2.0' and does not use it. It was the name given the Corona Commission, by, I believe, originally just one person in Europe somewhere, and it caught on and is now used widely by the international - mostly online- public. I like to use it because people know what I mean when I say it. Until something better comes along.
There were three questions:
1) Is there a corona pandemic or is there only a PCR-test pandemic? Specifically, does a positive PCR-test result mean that the person tested is infected with Covid-19, or does it mean absolutely nothing in connection with the Covid-19 infection?
answer: The corona crisis must be renamed the “Corona Scandal”. It is The biggest tort case ever and The greatest crime against humanity ever committed. Those responsible must be: Criminally prosecuted for crimes against humanity and Sued for civil damages
2) Do the so-called anti-corona measures, such as the lockdown, mandatory face masks, social distancing, and quarantine regulations, serve to protect the world’s population from corona?
answer: There is no excess mortality in any country. Corona virus mortality equals seasonal flu. Doctors and hospitals worldwide were paid to declare deceased victims of Covid-19. US states with and without lockdowns have comparable disease and mortality statistics. Fatalities almost all caused by serious pre-existing conditions. Almost all deaths were very old people. Sweden (no lockdown) and Britain (strict lockdown) have comparable disease and mortality statistics. (I would add that in addition many deaths occurred not directly because of the virus, but the lack of early preventive measures such as medicines; and the use of certain other invasive and dangerous medicines and treatments that were known to cause death. This basically equals medical homicide but I don't think that was covered under this trubunal.)
3) Is it true that the German government was massively lobbied, more so than any other country, by the chief protagonists of this so-called corona pandemic (Mr. Drosten, virologist at Charité Hospital in Berlin; Mr. Wieler, veterinarian and head of the German equivalent of the CDC, the RKI; and Mr. Tedros, head of the World Health Organization or WHO
answer: The German government locked down, imposed social-distancing/ mask-wearing on the basis of a single opinion when the virus was already retreating, based on non-existent infections, have no sufficient factual or legal basis, are unconstitutional and must be repealed immediately. Mainstream media completely failed to report the true facts of the so-called pandemic. Drosten (of PCR test), Tedros of WHO, and others have committed crimes against humanity as defined in the International Criminal Code.
It was stated that the next step was class action lawsuits around the world that allowed anyone and everyone harmed to participate. My best guess is that it would be something similar to a Vaccine-Injury claims process that exists in some countries, but on a world-wide basis.
From there the committee began to delve more deeply into the pandemic including its source and those that have benefitted from it and those who have been harmed by it. The investigation was conducted on camera and observable by anyone in the world who had internet. It was presented in many parts in English, in German, and sometimes German with English subtitles. There are also some transcriptions of some of the proceedings--some by participants and some by volunteers-- some in English and some in German. There were also many media interviews given by the investigative team members, and some of these team members also have their own personal places on the internet where they reveal some of the proceedings and more information.
The proceedings concluded about June 9, 2022 (about 21 months so almost two years running) and the matter was put to a vote. Voting ended about June 16, 2022.
