The Hershey Company has begun firing office workers who did not get vaccinated against COVID-19. On the way out the door, Hershey is asking employees to sign a nine-page confidentiality and release agreement that would remove their rights to sue the company or talk about their experience.
Wasn't sure where to put this, so for now chose employers. I have not checked this list, but I have it on good faith 1) they are sick or dead and 2) It was after getting the j a b this we know because they had to have it or get fired. I will check for myself the list, when I have time.

“Data, not dates, is what drives our approach for returning to the office,” the company said in a statement. “Given the recent health data showing rising Covid cases based on the delta variant, our teams in the U.S. will not be required to go back to the office until January 2022. We expect this to be the case for some countries outside of the US, as well."
“As our offices reopen, we will be requiring anyone coming to work at any of our U.S. campuses to be vaccinated,” said Lori Goler, vice president, people, in an emailed statement to NBC News last week, prior to Thursday's announcement. “How we implement this policy will depend on local conditions and regulations.
