you can write Shawna Forde it must be THIS ADDRESS and you must place a return address.
Shawna Forde 260830
Lumley Unit
PO Box 3300
Goodyear, AZ 85338
You can send her money through J-Pay or the new company that took it over. A percentage of any income she gets, at least at one time, was collected as reparations for the victims. I do not know if that is still the case. I used to send about twenty percent more to cover that. Everything costs--paper, pens, envelopes, stamps and they cost more than what we the public pay. If you would like a letter from her please consider contributing to her costs.
You can apply to receive collect phone calls from her this is perfect for people who are at home during the day. Please ask her in advance if you are going to record her call. She may or may not choose to do this.
You can apply to visit her I do not know if they are still doing visits though, since Covid.
One way people have helped is that Shawna can send several letters in one envelope and then the recipient can send the letters on. This saves her money. She may or may not choose to do this. At least at one time she COULD NOT receive envelopes, paper or stamps. She will get more letters if more letters are sent out.
You can send gifts but check with the prison to see what and how. At one time at least all gifts had to be sent from something like amazon.com. I know she always needs reading material.
Be aware that her living area is limited. She cannot possibly keep every single little thing that is sent to her she would be buried alive and the prison also has rules about what and how much can be kept. Inmates may have to give things away or trade for other things to prevent themselves being penalized. I imagine priority is of course given for legal matter.
And I'm sure I don't have to say this but I think it unlikely that a death row inmate appealing their conviction is wanting to discuss their legal case, especially details of the crimes.
